Did you know ADHD symptoms can go into remission?
A recent study in the Journal of Psychiatry shows that individuals with ADHD who engage in demanding work they’re passionate about have a higher chance of managing symptoms effectively—or even having periods of remission.
This finding aligns with what I see in my clients:
✅ Increased organization
✅ Better emotional processing
✅ Reduced reliance on medication (for some)
But here’s the catch: It only happens when they’re doing work that lights them up.
