Team Dynamics Assessment
Premium VIP Package
- Three-hour presentation (either virtual or in-person) for your team, executive leadership, or entire staff.
- One EQ-i 2.0 Online Assessment and 27-page Leadership Report for each attendee: this will help each person see how their emotional intelligence skills compare to the norm group. The report includes a personal roadmap that identifies the skills each person needs to develop to have higher emotional intelligence. People with higher emotional intelligence are more productive, profitable, and personally fulfilled: they are better at coaching and training.
- One EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Group Report: This will show the 3 highest and 3 lowest skills for the team profile.
- Roberta will use this scientific information to customize the 3-hour presentation to fit your group’s exact needs for skill-building.
