Comprehensive EQ Cultural Assessment:

If an incident has occurred or there has been mounting discussion surrounding a team or individual, this audit is imperative.

Includes:

Two hours spent interviewing up to 15 people as a group or up to 10 people individually
A detailed written report
A debrief between EQ-i Coach and the CEO or department manager to discuss findings and next steps

Qualitative Team Audit:

This option is particularly valuable for companies that are experiencing an underperforming team or department, or an issue with a specific team.

Includes:

Two hours spent interviewing up to 15 people as a group or up to 10 people individually
A detailed written report
A debrief between EQ-i Coach and the CEO or department manager to discuss findings and next steps

360-Degree Audit:

In this audit, we interview people above and below (in terms of corporate hierarchy) the individual being assessed to obtain a 360-degree perspective on them as a subordinate and a manager.

Includes:

Two hours spent interviewing up to 8 people as a group or individually
A detailed written report
