This 12-month engagement helps teams with up to 10 people understand and master emotional intelligence skills vital to workplace success.

Includes:

  • 12-month engagement for once-a-month, two-hour sessions for up to 10 people
  • Pre- and post-engagement assessments
  • Quarterly 30-minute check-ins with leadership to debrief about progress

Individual Coaching:

This 12-month engagement helps individuals master emotional intelligence skills vital to professional and personal success.

Includes:

  • 12-month engagement for weekly, monthly, or twice a month one-hour sessions conducted in-person, via Skype, or on the phone. Shorter engagements are available (pricing upon request).
  • Pre- and post-engagement assessments
  • Quarterly 30-minute check-ins with a boss or team supervisor to debrief about progress, if appropriate

Executive Coaching:

This 12-month engagement helps individuals in executive positions master emotional intelligence skills vital to leadership success.

Includes:

  • 12-month engagement for weekly, monthly, or twice a month one-hour sessions conducted in-person, via Skype, or on the phone
