ADHD Advice

Did you know ADHD symptoms can go into remission?

A recent study in the Journal of Psychiatry shows that individuals with ADHD who engage in demanding work they’re passionate about have a higher chance of managing symptoms effectively—or even having periods of remission.

This finding aligns with what I see in my clients:
✅ Increased organization
✅ Better emotional processing
✅ Reduced reliance on medication (for some)

But here’s the catch: It only happens when they’re doing work that lights them up.

Whether or not you have ADHD, this lesson applies: Loving what you do boosts happiness, productivity, and overall well-being. And during this busy holiday season, don’t forget to:
• Slow down
• Prioritize rest
• Take care of YOU

When you’re aligned with your purpose, everything else falls into place.
